PixelPorts is a portfolio platform for designers. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PixelPorts.
You retain ownership of the work you upload. By posting on PixelPorts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your work within the platform — for example, showing it in feeds, search results, and on your profile.
This licence ends when you remove the content from PixelPorts or delete your account. We will not use your work outside the platform without your separate consent.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Do not upload work that infringes on someone else's intellectual property.
If you believe content on PixelPorts infringes your copyright, please contact us at feedback@pixelports.com with details of the work, the infringing content, and your contact information. We will review and respond promptly.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action. On termination, your public content will be removed from the platform. You can also delete your own account at any time from your profile settings.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will do our best to give notice of significant changes. We are not liable for any loss arising from such changes.
PixelPorts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes. Continuing to use PixelPorts after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
